Traditional physiological massage includes 2 types of techniques:

• Connective tissue massage: with its mechanical and thermal action, it helps break down fibrosis (collagen thickening caused by particular stress conditions) and promote better myofascial mobility, thus improving circulation with a consequent reduction in blood and lymphatic edema.
• Muscle massage also has a relaxing effect, reducing contractions and detoxifying. This type of technique is much deeper than the previous connective tissue massage, preparing the tissues. It can also be practiced locally on specific points of the body, although almost no muscle works alone, but rather in synergy with others and with the entire body. It is particularly suitable for athletes and competitive athletes, and for anyone who wants to reduce postural problems caused by incorrect ergonomics or psychosomatic conditions.

Traditional Thai Massage - Nuad Bo Rarn

Traditional Thai massage is an art also known as Nuad Boran or Nuad Bo Rarn, meaning "ancient massage" or "touch to heal." This discipline boasts over 2,500 years of history and has its roots in Indian Ayurvedic medicine, the traditional Chinese medical system, the philosophy and practice of yoga, and knowledge of herbs and minerals.

In 2019, Traditional Thai Massage was listed as a protected cultural heritage by UNESCO.

The power of this ancient technique lies in its ability to blend techniques that provide numerous physiological and energetic benefits into a single treatment. The sense of well-being brought by a traditional Thai massage is difficult to describe; I invite you to try it and experience it for yourself.

The treatment takes place "on the floor" on a special, very comfortable mat and the recipient can wear comfortable, not too thick clothing, possibly made of natural fibres.

Energy treatment with Tibetan bells

An energetic treatment that provides a particularly relaxing and regenerating experience.

• Energetic cleansing and rebalancing of the aura and the 5 chakras according to Tibetan tradition, associated with the 5 elements: Ether/Space, Air, Fire, Water, and Earth, using a special bowl.
• Treatment of individual chakras with specific bowls and the use of hands.

This treatment produces a harmonious re-balancing on a physical and energetic level and is suitable for anyone:
