A journey that has led me to self-discovery and, consequently, a new way of living and seeing reality, remembering my gifts and talents so I can use them as a compass for the path of anyone who wishes to follow me.

The 7 Matrices of the Spiritual Coach by Alessandro Orlandi

1) Develop the knowledge and potential of the inner master already inherent within each of us (Freedom and Personal Power).

2) Be aware of the primary importance of purpose in every thought, word, and action (self-awareness).

3) Develop and express our deepest naturalness by taking a step toward lightness and flexibility.

4) Know that every outcome always depends on a conscious or unconscious choice, and therefore respect the free will of every person we interact with, especially any resistance that may arise.

5) Use my experience to modulate and customize, depending on the context, the various tools in my "toolbox," abandoning prepackaged protocols and systems.

6) Structure the relationship so that there is no above and below, no right and wrong, but simply two people who freely choose to work together, with trust, patience, lightness, joy, wonder and passion.

7) Learn to entrust situations where there seems to be no way out, by looking for "another way," a diversified vision that allows you to notice and dare to find opportunities even in crisis (thanks to the teachings of "A Course in Miracles").

When you meet someone, remember that it is a holy meeting. As you see him, so you see yourself. As you treat him, so you treat yourself. As you think of him, so you think of yourself. Never forget this, for in him you will find or lose yourself.

Whenever two Children of God meet, they are given another opportunity for salvation. Leave no one without giving him salvation and receiving it yourself. For I am always there with you, in memory of you.

The goal of the curriculum, regardless of the teacher you choose, is "know thyself." There is nothing else to seek.
